气力输送系统的设计:
Design of pneumatic conveying system:
气力输送系统的设计方法一般适用于低压吸引气力输送,而对于容积式的高压压送式主要是依靠实践经验进行,并结合在实际运行中的情况加以综合考虑来进行设计。
The design method of the pneumatic conveying system is generally applicable to the low-pressure suction pneumatic conveying, while the volumetric high-pressure pressure conveying system is mainly designed by relying on practical experience and considering the actual operation conditions.
低压吸引式气力输送方式多为低压和短距离输送,因而可以不考虑空气的压缩性,把气流速度及密度看做不变的进行计算。

对于长距离的高压压送式气力输送,其输送压力高达几十万帕,空气的可压缩性则不可忽视。通常吸引式气力输送系统的设计计算方法如下:

1、根据物料的特性以及阿基米德准数Ar来计算物料的悬浮速度。

2、根据悬浮速度以及输送物料的不同情况下的经验系数,确定工作速度。

3、根据输送形式所的混合比以及输送物料的量来决定输送空气量和输送管直径。

4、根据整个系统线路布置图,计算系统的压力损失。
