（1）风机试运转前，应符合下列要求：

(1) Before the fan test run, the following requirements shall be met:

1）轴承箱和油箱应经清洗洁净、检查合格后，加注润滑油；加注润滑油的规格、数量应符合随机技术文件的规定；

2）电动机、汽轮机和尾气透平机等驱动机器的转向应符合随机技术文件的要求；

3）盘动风机转子，不得有摩擦和碰刮；

5）风机的和连锁报警与停机控制系统应经模拟试验，并应符合下列要求：

a）冷却系统压力不应低于规定的值；

a) The cooling system pressure shall not be lower than the specified minimum value;

b）润滑油的油位和压力不应低于规定的值；

b) The oil level and pressure of lubricating oil shall not be lower than the specified minimum value;

c）轴承的温度和温升不应高于规定的值；

c) The temperature and temperature rise of the bearing shall not be higher than the specified maximum value;

d）轴承的振动速度有效值或峰-峰值不应超过规定值；

d) The effective value or peak-to-peak value of bearing vibration speed shall not exceed the specified value;

e）喘振报警和气体释放装置应灵敏、正确、可靠；

e) The surge alarm and gas release device shall be sensitive, correct and reliable;

f）风机运转速度不应超过规定的速度。

f) The operating speed of the fan shall not exceed the specified maximum speed.

6）机组各辅助设备应按随机技术文件的规定进行单机试运转，且应合格；

7）风机传动装置的外露部分、直接连通大气的进口，其防护罩（网）应安装完毕；

8）主机的进气管和与其连接的有关设备应清扫洁净。
