2、起动回转式鼓风机前请拿下进气口滤清器，往主机内倒入30ml左右机油，使机油均匀分布于回转式鼓风机内部(用手转几圈)。

4、检查阀是否设定在指定的压力位置，如工作压力为0.3kgf/c㎡;阀开启压力为0.3kgf/c㎡。在试运行时，可手动调整排气阀升压到开启压力，调整阀使之恰好开启(该压力为工作压力的1.1倍)。

5、接通电源起动风机，请注意下列各项:

a、回转式鼓风机的转向是否与转向标记指示方向一致，如不一致要立即停机调整电机接线。

b、观察压力表有无压力指示(污水处理槽内必须装满水后才能运行回转式鼓风机，否则回转式鼓风机排气口无压力，则回转式鼓风机没有润滑)。

B. Observe whether the pressure gauge has pressure indication (the sewage treatment tank must be filled with water before running the rotary blower, otherwise the rotary blower has no pressure at the exhaust port, and the rotary blower has no lubrication).

C、观察滴油嘴有无机油滴出(10-12滴/分钟)，并观察透明回油管内是否有机油流动。

C. Observe whether there is oil dripping from the oil drip nozzle (10-12 drops/minute), and observe whether there is oil flow in the transparent oil return pipe.

6、检查电机及回转式鼓风机各部运转是否正常，温度是否正常，是否有异常声音。
