打开流化进气阀、出料阀、二次气阀组，进入仓泵底部流化床的压缩空气，使仓泵内的飞灰充分流化，仓泵内飞灰边流化边输送，仓泵内的压力迅速升稳态值。当泵内及输灰管内的飞灰输送完毕，泵内压力降低到系统设定的关泵压力后进入吹扫阶段。
Open the fluidization inlet valve, discharge valve and secondary air valve group, and enter the compressed air of the fluidized bed at the bottom of the bin pump to fully fluidize the fly ash in the bin pump. The fly ash in the bin pump will be transported while fluidizing, and the pressure in the bin pump will rapidly rise to the steady value. 只有出料阀和二次气阀是打开的。这一过程主要是由时间控制，当达到系统设定的吹扫时间后依次关闭一次气阀，二次气阀，出料阀，然后打开排气阀和进料阀进入进灰阶段，重复上述三个阶段。

仓泵组成：

仓泵本体由Q235钢板焊接而成，符合Ⅰ类压力容器标准。仓泵与灰斗下方的手动插板阀连接，手动插板阀为仓泵检修用阀，平时处于常开状态。
