旋转供料器也叫卸料器、锁气阀、旋转阀，分普通型、耐压型、耐高温型三大类。
Rotary feeders, also known as unloaders, air lock valves and rotary valves, are divided into three categories: common type, pressure resistant type and high temperature resistant type.
无载荷试运转：
No load test run:
1、确认各配置是否全部连接完毕。
1. Confirm whether all configurations are connected.
2、齿轮传动马达是否按厂家使用说明书将润滑油位补充到标准水平。
2. Whether the lubricating oil level of gear drive motor is supplemented to the standard level according to the manufacturer's instructions.
3、链条、链罩是否已安装。
3. Whether the chain and chain cover have been installed.
4、旋转方向是否正确。 确认以上各项不存在问题后，送电进行十五分钟的空载运转。运转中检查密封压盖处是否漏气，温度是否升高，轴承温度是否升高，有无振动或杂音。一切运转正常，无载荷试验结束。
4. Whether the rotation direction is correct. After confirming that the above items are free of problems, power on for 15 minutes of no-load operation. During operation, check whether there is air leakage at the sealing gland, whether the temperature rises, whether the bearing temperature rises, and whether there is vibration or noise. All operations are normal, and the no-load test is completed.

1、杂音
1. Murmur
1.转子与侧板之间滞留粉体物:从侧面丝堵部位进体清洗。
1. residual powder between rotor and side plate: conduct gas cleaning from the side plug.
2.机壳与转子接 扩大间隙，使之达到恰当的间隙。
2. the clearance between the casing and the rotor shall be enlarged to make it reach the appropriate clearance.
3.机壳内表面有粉体物附着，粉体物溶化，则侧板与转子间隙消失 缩小转子端面面积。
3. there is powder attached to the inner surface of the casing. If the powder dissolves, the gap between the side plate and the rotor disappears and the rotor end face area is reduced.

1.链条过紧 适当松一下链条。

2.有颗粒卡入 安装缓冲板。

1.由于泄漏气体的作用，粉粒体下落受到阻碍：采取抽气措施。

2.粉粒体的容重不同于设计值：提高转速，使之达到恰当转速。

3.卡料 在供料器的正上方或正下方使用软管，扩大间隙使之成恰当间隙。

日常维护：
Routine maintenance:
1、经常检查旋转供料器运转中有无杂音或振动。

2、密封压盖有无气体泄漏现象。
2. Whether the sealing gland has gas leakage.
3、各部温升是否正常。
3. Whether the temperature rise of each part is normal.
4、链条的松紧程度。
